Closing In

My Canon EF 100mm f2.8l Macro IS USM lens is finally here and I couldn't wait to try my hands at it. Here's a few quick experimentals till I get used to it. From whatever little time I spent on it, I can tell its an extremely sharp lens, almost gives my 70-200 a run for its money. I did have a little difficulty with the stability but then with Macro its always a good idea to use a tripod as the slightest of movements can make the image lose its focus. Nevertheless, the Hybrid Image Stabilization does help in this regard.
